Biography

Alexis is a full-time student working on her MSW with a Dual-Title Degree in Infant Mental Health. After nearly a decade of hurdles and uphill battles, she earned her BA in psychology (minor in political science). She has worked in multiple settings (clinic, hospital, school, in home & community) with a range of clients as a behavior technician and special education paraprofessional. After working with many social workers in her personal and professional life, she decided to be the change she wished to see in the world. After graduation, she plans on working as a school social worker, infant mental health therapist and politician. In her free time she enjoys concert, traveling, hanging out with friends in nature or watching tv at home with her kitties and boyfriend.
