MPSI staff and faculty are dedicated to improving our understanding of how young children develop and react to their environment, as well as promoting optimal child development and resilience in urban children. MSPI sponsors interdisciplinary faculty, many with joint appointments in departments across Wayne State University serving many functions including research assistance and engagement with the community.
