Biography

Shekinah Lewis is earning her Master of Social Work with a Dual-Title Degree in Infant Mental Health and is working as a Director and Early Learning Instructor. Prior to that, she worked as a licensed family home provider for 3 years. She was drawn to the field of Infant Mental Health because of her commitment to spreading awareness of social emotional learning and assisting families with developing a solid foundation. After graduation, she plans to work as an infant mental health clinician and childcare owner. Outside of school and work she enjoys making memories with her husband, 3 children, and taking naps.
